Who is the Inbox tool built for?

We built this tool to solve two huge headaches for influencer marketers.

One is doing personalized outreach 10x faster. NOT for automatically spamming hundreds of creators with a bad templated email. But for sending quality personalized emails that stand out. Much faster. You get templates & variables to cut out the majority of the manual work, plus all the data & context you need in one tab for fast personalization.

The second is to solve (arguably) the biggest timesink in influencer marketing: ongoing email back-and-forth. From negotiations, to briefing, to content feedback — this role involves a ton of emailing. Combining Modash with Gmail/Outlook helps to make communication work easier in various ways across the lifecycle of a partnership.

Is it a two-way sync?

Yes. Anything you do in Modash will be reflected in Gmail/Outlook, and vice versa.

Can my colleagues see my emails?

No, emails are kept private. We're working on a shared inbox functionality that will let you selectively share threads with your team mates. Ask us about it!

How will my sender address be displayed?

Nothing changes. Your recipients will just receive a normal email. There’s no “sent via Modash” or any similar indications that you’re using a particular tool.

When I first connect, how far back will my emails sync?

By default, Modash will sync one month of email history. If you need more, ask us!

Can I connect multiple inboxes?

You can connect one email account per Modash seat. If you need more, talk to us.
