With literally hundreds of influencer marketing platforms to choose from, selecting the right one for your brand is tricky. If you’re using the standard trial-and-error approach, you could end up wasting thousands of dollars on a tool that doesn’t do what you need it to 🤦

To save you the task of researching them all manually, I’ve rounded up 19 of the best influencer marketing platforms and compared their:

  • Pricing (where available)
  • Influencer database size
  • Strengths and weaknesses

Let’s get into it…

1. Modash‍

Modash at a glance

🥇 Best for: Shopify stores looking for an end-to-end influencer marketing solution

🆓 Free trial: Yes, 14 days, with usage limits.

💵 Price: Paid plans start at $199/month (paid annually) or $299/month (paid monthly). 👉 Modash Plans and Pricing

📱 Platforms: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok

📇 Influencer database size: 350+ million influencers

🤝 Used by: Birkenstock, Bonprix, Victoria’s Secret, Mont Blanc, Sennheiser

✨ Review score: ★ 4.9/5 (Capterra), ★ 5/5 (Shopify App Store), ★ 4.9/5 (G2)

What is Modash?

Modash is your best bet if you need an affordable, all-inclusive, and easy-to-use influencer marketing solution with a market-leading Shopify integration. You can find influencers, reach out to them, vet their profiles, monitor their content, and measure their performance – all without switching a single tab. Let’s take a look at Modash’s top features…

Influencer recruitment

With over 350 million creator profiles, the Modash database is comfortably the largest of any platform on this list. We do this by cataloging every influencer on Earth with 1,000+ followers on one (or more) of the three most important influencer marketing networks – Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Modash’s large database also helps brands find small, untapped influencers. In the age of “de-influencing,” reaching niche audiences is more important than ever. That’s why we list people who don’t even identify as influencers, and who you’d never be able to find manually.

Of course, a huge database is useless without effective filtering tools to help you identify exactly the right influencer(s) for your next campaign. That’s why we offer targeted influencer and audience filters, including:

Influencer filters Audience filters
Locations & languages Locations (city/country)
Engagement rate Demographics (age/gender)
Bio keywords & hashtags Fake followers
Hashtags used Languages
Growth rate Interests

Use our audience demographics to track down influencers who are talking to the people you want to reach. So if you’re a women’s fashion brand, you’ll never waste time courting an Instagram fitness influencer who ends up having an 80% male audience.

Alternatively – or as well as – narrowing your influencer search with filters, you can use our AI influencer search tool to track down brand-fit influencers based on natural language queries (like “woman applying lipstick”).

Once you’ve found an influencer with the right audience for your brand, how do you know they also have high engagement and views?

Modash gives you that peace of mind by letting you dig into a wealth of influencer analyticslike engagement rate, average views, fake followers, and previous brand collabs – before reaching out.

And the best thing is, you can access it all without having to ask influencers to share it with you.

Modash also handles all the heavy lifting of influencer outreach. We built a better inbox for influencer marketing that integrates with your existing Gmail or Outlook inbox, giving you instant access to key information about each influencer – like related profiles, shared documents, and previous campaigns – while you write your outreach emails.

With Modash, you can:

  • Email influencers directly from your Lists.
  • See which Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube channels are associated with an influencer’s email address.
  • Find personalized information about each influencer (like their birthday, star sign, or anything else you care to note) to help you craft specific hooks for outreach messages.
  • Streamline your inbox by hiding threads not associated with an influencer.
  • Remind your influencer partners to disclose their posts, share performance updates during campaigns, and react to live content.

That means you get to write more engaging emails while spending less time in your inbox.

You can even set up automated email sequences in Modash, ensuring you never miss a follow-up and freeing you from the drudgery of constant, manual emailing.

Relationship management

Wave goodbye to managing influencer relationships through an endless tangle of spreadsheets and email threads 👋

Modash lets you create unlimited lists to efficiently organize your influencer relationships.

You can:

  • Save influencers who match your search criteria to lists.
  • Unlock contact details, send emails, and attach relevant documents.
  • Add notes to share comments and details with your team.
  • Create custom tags to track down influencers on your lists with specific metrics/audiences.
  • Assign a status to every influencer on your lists (like Outreached, Hired, or Rejected).

Influencer payments

If you’re working with more than a handful of influencers, managing payments can quickly spiral out of control.

POV: Your finance team is drowning under a pile of outstanding invoices; you’re wasting valuable time chasing up late payments and asking for corrections; and your influencer partners are growing increasingly annoyed. Basically, everyone’s unhappy.

Until Modash Payments makes the whole process a lot less painful.

Just create a transaction telling us who you want to pay, how much you want to pay them, and what deliverables you’re paying for. Then share a personalized link with your influencer partner and leave us to handle everything else, including:

  • Influencer onboarding
  • Invoice management
  • Invoice approval
  • Influencer support
  • Individual payouts
  • Tax compliance

Suddenly, your influencer payments are a whole lot simpler 🥳

Campaign tracking

Manually tracking live influencer content is totally unscalable. Whereas with Modash, it’s effortless.

With Modash, you…

  • Get an auto-updating dashboard for your metrics – so there’s no need to update metrics like views and clicks in a spreadsheet
  • Can auto-collect the actual influencer content, saving you from having to note the live link URL in a spreadsheet and solving the problem of Stories disappearing before you capture them

Which means no more worrying about under-reporting a campaign’s reach or performance.

Modash strengths 👍

  • Run paid partnerships, influencer gifting campaigns, and affiliate activity in one place.
  • Use our market-leading Shopify integration to send free products to influencers, manage promo codes, and more.
  • Access the largest database of any influencer marketing platform on this list means you’ll find exactly who you’re looking for – no matter the size, niche, or location.
  • Monthly pricing means it’s easy to test, and convenient to use only for seasonal campaigns.

Modash weaknesses 👎

  • No coverage of Twitch, X/Twitter, or Snapchat, which some brands require.

👉 You can try Modash for free, and pricing is publicly available.

2. Traackr

Traackr at a glance

🥇 Best for: Enterprise influencer management for large beauty brands

🆓 Free trial: No

💵 Price: From $32,500 per year

📱 Platforms: Unlisted (although Traackr says it covers 13 different platforms)

📇 Influencer database size: 7+ million

🤝 Used by: Lacoste, L’Oreal, Samsung

✨ Review score: ★ 4.3/5 (G2), ★ 4.6/5 (Capterra), ★ 7.7/10 (TrustRadius)

What is Traackr?

As one of the first influencer marketing platforms (it launched in 2008), Traackr has had plenty of time to establish a name for itself among large beauty brands. The result is a data-driven platform with everything you need to run large-scale influencer marketing programs.

Global beauty brands like L’Oréal and Tatcha use Traackr, which has positioned itself as the solution for large enterprises running beauty influencer marketing at scale.

Companies that don’t fit the big beauty brand persona will struggle to see an ROI with Traackr due to its expensive pricing and limited influencer discovery.

Traackr strengths 👍

  • Traackr’s metrics and data help brands measure the ROI of separate influencer marketing campaigns and optimize performance over time.
  • Feature-rich, with support for gifting, product seeding, and affiliate marketing – not all platforms offer these.
  • Market-leading benchmarking and competitive intelligence tools for beauty, personal care, fashion, spirits, and consumer electronics brands.
  • Their customer support is notable, with many users praising their responsiveness and expertise.

Traackr weaknesses 👎

  • Traackr is one of the more expensive influencer marketing platforms on the market. Those with smaller budgets will need to look elsewhere.
  • The interface isn’t super intuitive, which causes frustration for some users.
  • With only ~7 million influencers in Traackr’s database, it’s not the ideal platform for brands that want to target a wide range of influencers.
  • Users have noticed data inaccuracies in some features, including discovery and performance metrics.

3. GRIN

GRIN at a glance

🥇 Best for: Automating your influencer marketing workflow

🆓 Free trial: Yes, on request

💵 Price: Unlisted, although Capterra says prices start at $999 per month

📱 Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

📇 Influencer database size: 190+ million

🤝 Used by: ColourPop, Skims, Vera Bradley

✨ Review score: ★ 4.5/5 (G2), ★ 4.7/5 (Capterra), ★ 6.2/10 (TrustRadius)

What is GRIN?

Billed as the world’s first influencer marketing platform, GRIN has some excellent features that automate a ton of workflows. From housing all communication under one roof to product seeding, payment, and contract management, GRIN simplifies a great deal of influencer marketing tasks.

The platform also integrates with all major ecommerce software, making it an ideal choice for large ecommerce brands (with matching budgets) in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle niches.

What GRIN lacks, though, is in the all-important discovery stage. As GRIN relies on first-party authentication, their creator pool is limited. Brands that need to work with a wider range of influencers or unlock new markets may struggle and will need to purchase a separate tool for recruitment purposes.

GRIN strengths 👍

  • From brief to payment, GRIN automates many of the tasks involved in influencer campaign management.
  • Integrations with BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento allow customers to keep track of product seeding.
  • Gia, GRIN’s AI copilot, can run your affiliate program for you – from discovery and outreach to tracking and optimization.
  • Users report that GRIN’s customer service is super helpful and prompt.

GRIN weaknesses 👎

  • Monitoring content requires influencers to connect their social accounts to GRIN. If they’re sharing content on multiple platforms, they’ll either have to connect each one or manually upload all their content to GRIN. Either way, it’s an extra step that you and your influencer partners can do without.
  • GRIN only tracks content featuring the correct hashtag or mention. So if an influencer tags a post incorrectly, GRIN won’t capture it 🤦‍♀️ Also, rules around tagging/mentions vary by network (e.g. on TikTok, hashtags must be added in the caption, not through the “tag people” option), so there’s a lot of scope for errors here.
  • GRIN only supports payments via PayPal – which means extra fees for your influencer partners.
  • Steep learning curve – it can take time to understand how to use all of GRIN’s features.
  • No monthly plans.

4. Upfluence

Upfluence at a glance

🥇 Best for: Brands with a large budget looking for hands-off influencer marketing and agency support

🆓 Free trial: Yes

💵 Price: Unlisted

📱 Platforms: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, X/Twitter, Pinterest, blogs

📇 Influencer database size: 9+ million, plus 12+ million via the Upfluence Creator Marketplace

🤝 Used by: Benefit, HelloFresh, Revolut

✨ Review score: ★ 4.6/5 (G2), ★ 4.2/5 (Trustpilot), ★ 4.3/5 (Capterra)

What is Upfluence?

Like GRIN, Upfluence is an all-in-one platform. It’s best suited for large ecommerce brands with the added option of agency support. If you have a significant budget for influencer marketing and you need help running complex campaigns, Upfluence could be a good option for you.

As with GRIN, and a few other platforms on this list, the biggest downside is the influencer discovery functionality. Users report that the limited size of the influencer pool means they need to go off-platform (or purchase an additional tool) to find creators to work with – in particular, micro-influencers and those located outside the US, Canada, and the UK.

You can also use the built-in Creator Marketplace to invite applications from opted-in influencers. But it’s worth noting that those influencers will likely be working with a ton of other brands, which can make their messaging look a little inauthentic.

As a result, if you’re planning to run global campaigns – or, on the other side of the spectrum, you want to run local, niche campaigns – Upfluence might not be ideal.

Upfluence strengths 👍

  • Great tools to run affiliate programs, including affiliate link generation and tracking.
  • Agency support gives you the option to hand over the reins to someone else, while the Creator Marketplace massively streamlines the recruitment process (although the quality may not be great).
  • Integrates with Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo‍, Hootsuite, and more.

Upfluence weaknesses 👎

  • All influencer communication has to go through Upfluence rather than your own inbox.
  • While Upfluence is generally well-reviewed, some customers complain it could be more user-friendly.
  • A significant number of users are also dissatisfied with Upfluence’s limited influencer pool, reporting difficulty finding influencers for their campaigns and running out of new options.
  • No monthly plans.

5. Meltwater (formerly Klear)

Meltwater at a glance

🥇 Best for: Brands looking for a combined social media management and influencer marketing platform

🆓 Free trial: No

💵 Price: Unlisted

📱 Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

📇 Influencer database size: 30+ million

🤝 Used by: Adidas, Estée Lauder, KAYAK

✨ Review score: ★ 4/5 (G2), ★ 7.2/10 (TrustRadius), ★ 4/5 (Capterra)

What is Meltwater?

Meltwater is another all-in-one influencer marketing platform that boasts influencer search, analytics, campaign management, and payment tracking. While the UI can be clunky, Meltwater’s large ecommerce customers report maximizing the efficiency of their marketing campaigns.

One of the downsides of Meltwater is that it requires influencer verification for some features to work. For example, tracking analytics or payment requires influencers to sign up to Meltwater and authenticate their social media accounts. This extra step creates friction when influencers and creators are already wary of creating accounts on different platforms.

Meltwater strengths 👍

  • Meltwater's platform is praised for its insights. Customers like that they’re able to understand an influencer’s engagement and reach before hiring them.
  • Agencies love the reporting functionality because it’s easy to download and share with clients.
  • Covers a wide range of use cases beyond influencer marketing, including social media management, media relations, and consumer intelligence.

Meltwater weaknesses 👎

  • Meltwater requires influencers to create an account within the platform to access full functionality, such as communicating with the brand, signing contracts, and receiving payments.
  • Usability is an issue, with “learning curve”, “difficult navigation”, and “complexity” cited as common complaints by G2.
  • The database of 30+ million influencers is a lot smaller than most influencer marketing platforms.

6. NeoReach

NeoReach at a glance

🥇 Best for: In-depth influencer marketing analytics with optional agency support

🆓 Free trial: No

💵 Price: Full information isn’t publicly available, but software plans start at $1,500 per month

📱 Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, X/Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook

📇 Influencer database size: 2+ million

🤝Used by: Airbnb, Honda, Walmart

✨Review score: ★ 4.5/5 (G2), ★ 4.8/5 (Featured Customers)

What is NeoReach?

NeoReach is primarily an influencer marketing agency, but it also sells subscriptions to its proprietary software. If you’ve got a significant budget to spend and are potentially interested in agency support, NeoReach might be the perfect solution.

NeoReach strengths 👍

  • NeoReach's platform has great search and filtering options that will help you find the right macro-influencers for your campaigns.
  • Offers managed agency services for brands that prefer a hands-off approach to influencer marketing.
  • In-depth analytics and reporting features, with access to 400+ network endpoints – including creator data, network stats, hashtag trends, content trends, demographics, insights, sponsorship data, and brand data.

NeoReach weaknesses 👎

  • The pricing is prohibitive for smaller brands.
  • No monthly plans. Minimum one-year commitment.
  • Its influencer database is tiny, with only 2+ million profiles split across seven platforms.

7. Later Influence (formerly Mavrck)

Later at a glance

🥇 Best for: Enterprise consumer brands looking for managed services

🆓 Free trial: No

💵 Price: Unlisted

📱 Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X/Twitter

📇 Influencer database size: 10+ million

🤝 Used by: American Girl, GoPro, Pottery Barn

✨ Review score: ★ 4.5/5 (G2), ★ 4.6/5 (Capterra), ★ 8.2/10 (TrustRadius)

What is Later?

Later is best known as a social media management tool, but it acquired the influencer marketing platform Mavrck and repackaged it as Later Influence.

You can use Later Influence to handle all elements of influencer marketing, from discovery to campaign management to gifting and payments. However, its influencer database and content tracking tools aren’t the best I’ve seen.

As well as offering influencer marketing software, Later sells agency services for big-budget brands that want to outsource their influencer programs.

Later strengths 👍

  • Later Influence's users love the customer support team, describing them as quick to respond and helpful.
  • Connect your ecommerce store using the platform’s Shopify integration.
  • Mavely integration allows you to automate custom affiliate link creation.

Later weaknesses 👎

  • With only ~10 million influencers in the discovery tool, Later isn’t as comprehensive as other influencer marketing platforms, making it harder to find good matches for brands.
  • When it comes to automated content tracking, Later only captures live posts on Instagram and TikTok – so you’ll have to track other platforms yourself.
  • Users struggle to find location- and niche-specific creators.
  • Some users have reported data inaccuracies.
  • No monthly plans.

8. HypeAuditor

HypeAuditor at a glance

🥇 Best for: Finding influencers on Twitch and X/Twitter

🆓 Free trial: No

💵 Price: Unlisted

📱 Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, X/Twitter

📇 Influencer database size: 207.5+ million

🤝 Used by: Dior, H&M, Philips

✨ Review score: ★ 4.6/5 (G2), ★ 4.3/5 (Product Hunt), ★ 4.8/5 (Capterra)

What is HypeAuditor?

HypeAuditor is a nuts-and-bolts influencer marketing platform with a wide range of analytics and metrics to evaluate creators. It has one of the larger influencer databases I’ve seen, with over 207.5 million profiles, and is one of the few platforms to offer influencer search tools for Twitch. It also covers X/Twitter and the three main influencer marketing social networks, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

As an end-to-end platform, HypeAuditor also supports influencer outreach, relationship management, content tracking, payments, and more.

HypeAuditor strengths 👍

  • Extensive range of analytics and metrics to evaluate influencers, including audience quality, engagement rates, follower growth, and lots more.
  • Sizeable database of 207.5+ million influencer profiles across five social networks.
  • The platform is easy to use and offers a clean, relatively intuitive interface.

HypeAuditor weaknesses 👎

  • No built-in tools for streamlining influencer product orders on Shopify. Other platforms (*cough* Modash *cough*) do this as standard.
  • Influencer payments are made through PayPal, which can result in higher fees for your influencer partners.
  • Some users say it’s more expensive than other influencer marketing platforms, which may be prohibitive for businesses with smaller budgets or for those who haven’t yet established a profitable influencer marketing strategy.
  • There are issues with some HypeAuditor metrics, like “Estimated price per post” and “Estimated cost per engagement,” which can produce misleading results.
  • Some users also report that the data is hard to navigate and understand.

9. CreatorIQ

CreatorIQ at a glance

🥇 Best for: Influencer marketing analytics and reporting

🆓 Free trial: No

💵 Price: Unlisted

📱 Platforms: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest

📇 Influencer database size: ~20 million

🤝 Used by: CVS, Nestle, Unilever

✨ Review score: ★ 4.7/5 (Cuspera), ★ 4.6/5 (G2), ★ 4.4/5 (Capterra)

What is CreatorIQ?

CreatorIQ is one of the most sophisticated influencer marketing platforms on our list. The platform has strong analytics and reporting tools, while its integrations with other marketing and ecommerce tools make it an ideal choice for brands that need an interconnected tech stack.

However, businesses that are new to influencer marketing or that have limited resources may want to consider other platforms that are more affordable and easier to use.

CreatorIQ strengths 👍

  • CreatorIQ offers comprehensive tools for managing influencer campaigns, including search and discovery, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • The platform's analytics and reporting tools are top-notch.
  • CreatorIQ offers strong integrations with other marketing platforms, including social media and advertising tools.

CreatorIQ weaknesses 👎

  • CreatorIQ has a small database of ~20 million influencers, plus users say its search functionality is generally bad and frequently produces irrelevant results.
  • CreatorIQ generally reviews well, but I’ve seen a few complaints about technical problems – including slow speeds and buggy performance.
  • Every influencer marketing platform has a learning curve, but CreatorIQ’s is steeper than most, with “complexity” ranking as one of the most common complaints among CreatorIQ customers.
  • No monthly plans.

10. Impact

Impact at a glance

🥇 Best for: Brands running affiliate marketing campaigns

🆓 Free trial: Yes, 30 days

💵 Price: From $30 per month or 2.5% of monthly revenue, whichever is greater

📱 Platforms: n/a

📇 Influencer database size: ~80,000

🤝 Used by: Canva, eBay, HubSpot

✨ Review score: ★ 4.5/5 (G2), ★ 4.6/5 (Shopify), ★ 6.3/10 (TrustRadius)

What is Impact?

With its roots in affiliate and performance marketing, Impact acquired influencer marketing platform Activate in 2020, then rebranded as a partnership management platform. Since 2023, Impact has been known as a solid all-in-one tool that helps marketers scale partnerships.

As an influencer marketing tool, Impact has both pros and cons, depending on your brand, your goals, and your budget. On the one hand, it has everything you need to source and vet influencers, communicate with them, and track performance.

On the other, Impact can feel bloated and difficult to navigate. When it comes to recruiting influencers, Impact offers a small marketplace of vetted creators. As a result, it’s incredibly easy to exhaust their list and difficult to keep finding new partners.

Reviews also note that Impact can be expensive and its pricing hard to predict. We recommend you look at your needs and budget carefully before considering Impact.

Impact strengths 👍

  • Automate time-consuming processes like affiliate recruitment and outreach.
  • Powerful analytics and reporting features for campaigns.
  • Reviewers say Impact’s customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable.
  • Integrates with Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and more.

Impact weaknesses 👎

  • Some users find the platform's user interface is unintuitive and difficult to navigate.
  • Impact only has ~80,000 vetted influencers in its marketplace – and reviews warn that the quality and quantity of creators available do not justify the price of the tool.
  • Pricing model can be expensive and hard to predict.

11. #paid

#paid at a glance

🥇 Best for: Brands that run paid ads using a small number of influencers

🆓 Free trial: No

💵 Price: Unlisted

📱 Platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook, X/Twitter

📇 Influencer database size: 10,000 – 30,000 (estimated)

🤝 Used by: H&M, Johnson & Johnson, Philips

✨ Review score: ★ 4.7/5 (G2), ★ 4.6/5 (Capterra)

What is #paid?

Most influencer marketing platforms have some type of discovery tool, mainly an opt-in marketplace or an open network. What sets #paid apart is that instead of searching, they offer matching. Once you’ve submitted a brief, influencers can “raise a hand” to show their interest.

It’s nice to be matched with influencers to save time on searching, and to have influencer pricing information up front. #paid also supports communication with creators through the app and tracking your ROI tracking.

Content amplification is another key focus for #paid. It offers built-in creator handle and content licensing tools, helping brands reach more people through social media ads.

There are some major drawbacks to consider, though. The matching process is ideal for one-off campaigns, but doesn’t allow brands to scale their influencer marketing programs. #paid’s database is small (although the exact size is unlisted), making it tough to find relevant influencers in specific niches or locations.

#paid strengths 👍

  • Clean, elegant, easy-to-use interface.
  • Pre-vetted influencers with transparent cost information from the onset.
  • Easily turn influencer-generated content into paid ads.
  • Collaborate with influencers based on lifestyle data, like an upcoming wedding or a pregnancy announcement.

#paid weaknesses 👎

  • The influencer database is tiny and only includes influencers who opt in to the platform – so they’re likely also collaborating with a bunch of other brands.
  • Doesn’t offer any ecommerce integrations.

12. Heepsy

Heepsy at a glance

🥇 Best for: Basic, free influencer search functionality

🆓 Free trial: No

💵 Price: Heepsy offers a free-for-life influencer search and analysis plan, with paid plans starting at $89 per month

📱 Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

📇 Influencer database size: 11+ million

🤝 Used by: Birchbox, Carl’s Jr, Uber Eats

✨ Review score: ★ 4.5/5 (Capterra), ★ 4.9/5 (ProductHunt), ★ 4.5/5 (G2)

What is Heepsy?

With 11+ million creators in its database and a generous free plan, Heepsy is a popular choice for brands who are ready to test their first influencer marketing tool. Sure, it’s a little more limited than other influencer discovery tools, but it gets the job done.

However, the paid plans aren’t quite so appealing. The entry-level option is pretty limited, and there’s a big leap to the Plus and Advanced plans at $249 and $369 per month respectively. At that level, there are way better options available (like Modash).

Heepsy strengths 👍

  • Generous free plan makes it possible for small businesses to try influencer marketing.
  • Basic search tools are easy to navigate.
  • Gives access to a wide range of influencer data including location, engagement rate, follower count, and more.

Heepsy weaknesses 👎

  • With only 11+ million profiles in the Heepsy database, you may run out of options or be unable to find influencers that match your brand and/or campaign.
  • Database is strong in Heepsy’s local market of Spain, but is limited elsewhere, and only features influencers with 3,000+ followers.
  • Heepsy only captures influencer content on Instagram (Reels, posts, and Stories) – so you’ll have to track other platforms manually.
  • The Starter plan is limited (you don’t get advanced filters), so you may need to upgrade to a more expensive plan to cover your needs.
  • Ecommerce integrations are only available on the highest-tier Advanced plan.

13. Aspire (formerly AspireIQ)

Aspire at a glance

🥇 Best for: End-to-end influencer marketing for brands with big budgets

🆓 Free trial: No

💵 Price: Unlisted

📱 Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, blogs

📇 Influencer database size: 170+ million

🤝 Used by: Dyson, HelloFresh, Walmart

✨ Review score: ★ 4.5/5 (Capterra), ★ 4.5/5 (G2)

What is Aspire?

Aspire is an end-to-end influencer marketing platform with an opt-in marketplace and an open-access influencer database. The platform also supports campaign management, relationship management, and affiliate tracking.

While Aspire doesn’t make pricing publicly available, data from G2 shows that small businesses rate it as 14% more expensive than the average influencer marketing tool – so if you’re working with a tight budget, you might want to look elsewhere.

Aspire strengths 👍

  • Aspire’s feature set and Shopify integration make it simple for ecommerce brands to run influencer marketing from a single platform.
  • Customers are impressed by the help and guidance they receive from Aspire’s success team.
  • With 170+ million profiles, Aspire’s influencer database offers solid coverage across most locations and niches.

Aspire weaknesses 👎

  • Aspire no longer allows users to run “lookalike” searches on Instagram or search by mentions and topics, making it harder to find relevant Instagram influencers.
  • From a content tracking perspective, Aspire relies on influencers to either submit their own content via briefs or tag the brand – so if an influencer adds the wrong tags (or just forgets), you’ll have to search for their content manually.
  • All influencer payments are sent via PayPal in US dollars, so if your influencer partners use a different currency, they’ll be charged a conversion fee on their agreed rates.
  • Aspire generally reviews well, but I’ve seen a few complaints about technical problems – including slow speeds, troublesome integrations, and buggy performance.

14. Captiv8

Captiv8 at a glance

🥇 Best for: Influencer marketing tools with built-in social listening

🆓 Free trial: No

💵 Price: Unlisted

📱 Platforms: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube

📇 Influencer database size: 15+ million

🤝 Used by: American Express, Levi’s, Zara

✨ Review score: ★ 4.7/5 (G2)

What is Captiv8?

Captiv8 is most suitable for mid-sized to large businesses and agencies who need a comprehensive influencer marketing solution. Their database includes over 15 million influencers, with a focus on mid-tier and macro influencers with more than 50,000 followers. Captiv8 started as a social listening tool, so if you need to understand your brand reputation, you’ll appreciate having this feature.

However, if you mainly need to recruit and manage influencers, you may want to consider a more basic tool.

Captiv8 strengths 👍

  • The social listening aspect is smart and gives you access to public sentiment about your business as well as your competitors.
  • Captiv8 provides detailed insights on influencer audience demographics, engagement, and brand affinity.
  • Integrates with various ecommerce tools, including Adobe Commerce, Shopify, and WooCommerce.

Captiv8 weaknesses 👎

  • While it claims to feature 95% of all influencers globally with 5,000+ followers, Captiv8’s database is much smaller than many of their platforms I’ve analyzed.
  • Influencer searches are entirely based on filters, with no AI-powered natural language search functionality.

15. Influencity‍

Influencity at a glance

🥇 Best for: Searching for TikTok influencers

🆓 Free trial: Yes, seven days

💵 Price: From $398 per month

📱 Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

📇 Influencer database size: 200+ million

🤝Used by: Air France, Pernod Ricard, Samsung

What is Influencity?

Influencity offers discovery, analytics, campaign management, and reports for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. It’s a solid choice for managing influencer relationships, with tools for categorizing influencers into lists, tracking their performance, writing personalized notes, and more.

The platform also boasts a sizable search database and strong influencer analytics. You can even use it for social listening and social media management. All of which means Influencity ticks plenty of boxes.

Influencity strengths 👍

  • With 200+ million creators in its database, Influencity should offer enough options for brands in most niches and locations.
  • The platform is particularly strong for finding TikTok influencers, with 130+ million profiles to choose from.
  • Leverage 20+ data points for analyzing and vetting influencers, including fake followers, top mentions and hashtags, and audience age, location, and reachability.

Influencity weaknesses 👎

  • Some users find the platform difficult to navigate, particularly those who are new to influencer marketing. The interface can be overwhelming, and it may take some time for you to become familiar with all of the features and tools.
  • Influencity can’t automatically track data from Instagram Stories and YouTube Shorts, so you’ll have to ask your influencer partners to share it themselves.
  • Integrates with fewer third-party tools than platforms like Upfluence and GRIN (although it does have a Shopify integration).

🤝 Used by: Club Med, Dentsu, New York Islanders

✨ Review score: ★ 4.5/5 (GetApp), ★ 4.5/5 (G2)

What is Julius?

Julius is an influencer marketing tool owned by video sharing and streaming platform Triller. The platform helps brands connect with influencers across most social media platforms – including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, X/Twitter, and Twitch.

With its built-in relationship management and tracking tools, Julius is almost an end-to-end influencer marketing solution. You’ll need to find some other way to handle influencer payments, though.

Julius strengths 👍

  • Clean UI, making it easy to understand all the influencer data included in profiles.
  • Profiles show influencers’ fees, which helps you make quicker decisions based on your budget.
  • Covers a wide range of platforms, including niche options like Pinterest and Twitch.

Julius weaknesses 👎

  • Julius is one of the least transparent platforms I’ve seen, with no public pricing and no information about the size of its influencer database.
  • Some users complain about a lack of influencer profiles and data, even in mature markets like the UK.
  • Steep learning curve – it may take time to fully understand how to use the platform.
  • No way to pay influencers through the platform.

17. Sprout Social Influencer Marketing (formerly Tagger)

Sprout Social Influencer Marketing at a glance

🥇 Best for: Offering lots of search filters and integrations

🆓 Free trial: No

💵 Price: Unlisted

📱 Platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, and Twitch

📇 Influencer database size: 10+ million

🤝 Used by: KISS, Trello

✨ Review score: ★ 4.3/5 (G2)

What is Sprout Social Influencer Marketing?

Sprout Social focuses on data-driven decision-making. Its advanced analytics and reporting allow brands and agencies to accurately measure the success of their campaigns. The search engine boasts over 50 filters, including location, niche, engagement rate, and audience demographics.

Sprout Social covers six social media platforms, but only has around 10 million influencers in its roster. This limited pool could make it hard for brands to find the right influencers, especially in less mainstream niches. All in all, put this on your list only if you need deep, deep reporting capabilities.

Sprout Social Influencer Marketing strengths 👍

  • Sprout Social offers real-time data on engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI, helping brands to optimize their campaigns for better results.
  • Integrates with a bunch of third-party tools, from BI solutions to helpdesk software to reputation and review management platforms.

Sprout Social Influencer Marketing weaknesses 👎

  • Small influencer database spread across a large number of social networks.
  • Some customers report usability issues, including challenges with the platform’s influencer outreach functionality.
  • I’ve also seen complaints around the accuracy of influencer data.

🥇 Best for: Capturing and promoting user-generated content

🆓 Free trial: Yes, on request

💵 Price: Unlisted

📱 Platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter

📇 Influencer database size: 21.2+ million

🤝 Used by: Clarins, Feelunique, Target

✨ Review score: ★ 4.2/5 (G2), ★ 8.3/10 (TrustRadius), ★ 4.3/5 (Capterra)

What is Bazaarvoice Vibe Creator Marketing?

Influencer marketing is only a tiny part of Bazaarvoice’s offering. While you can use its snappily named influencer platform – Bazaarvoice Vibe Creator Marketing – to search for influencers and management influencer campaigns, Bazaarvoice is really better suited to all things user-generated content (UGC). Its UGC-themed tools help brands to capture more reviews and ratings and answer frequently asked questions.

Bazaarvoice Vibe Creator Marketing strengths 👍

  • Does way more than “just” influencer marketing, with tools covering social media management, social commerce, product reviews, FAQ content, and more.
  • Integrates with a range of third-party apps and tools, including Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Spryker.
  • User-friendly interface makes it easy for non-technical marketers to get started.
  • Search engine helps you narrow results to find creators based on 20 key insights, or you can save time using the platform’s AI search tools.

Bazaarvoice Vibe Creator Marketing weaknesses 👎

  • Smaller-than-average influencer database means users struggle to find influencers in specific regions and small niches.
  • Doesn’t offer tools for paying influencers, so you’ll have to use a separate platform for this.

What is TrendHero?

TrendHero is an affordable if basic influencer marketing solution for Instagram, offering tools to find influencers, reach out to them, and analyze their Insta profiles, making it a decent choice for small businesses just starting out with influencer marketing.

The free and entry-level plans are a good fit if you only need simple analytics functionality. Or, if you want to use TrendHero’s search tools, you can upgrade to the Pro plan from $39.99 per month to browse a database of 110+ million profiles.

  • Larger influencer database than plenty of higher-priced platforms.
